The Social Brand Academy – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By purchasing and participating in The Social Brand Academy (β€œProgram”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the Program.

2. Program Inclusions

The Program includes:

  • A step-by-step video course with over 8 hours of content.
  • Access to weekly live lessons
  • Access to weekly Q&A sessions.
  • Access to proprietary systems and resources provided to you for the purpose of growing on short-form video platforms.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, and resources provided are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials is prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the Program is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly provided and agreed upon in writing.

5. Refund Policy and Guarantee

Our refund guarantee applies only to 6-month and 12-month packages.

To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, you must:

  • Follow and implement our systems in good faith and provide clear, timestamped proof of implementation.
  • Post at least 50 short-form videos within a 3-month period, adhering to:
  • Using a specific hook structure following The Social Brand Academy systems.

  • Videos must be filmed specifically for short-form platforms in vertical/aspect-ratio formats following short-form best practices.

  • Videos cannot be cut-down versions of existing long-form videos.

  • Videos must be posted at least 12 hours apart; batch-uploading videos in quick succession will not count toward your 50-video requirement.

  • Attend at least 60% of the weekly Q&A sessions included in your package and actively participate during these sessions.
  • Submit your refund request within 14 days of the end of your plan.

If you do not meet all of the above conditions, you will not qualify for a refund.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, as your outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and market conditions. The Program is designed to provide education, frameworks, and support to grow on social platforms, but results remain your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social Brand Academy and TMS Media Inc. are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the Program without a refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions,

  • Exhibit harmful or disruptive behavior toward instructors or other participants,

  • Engage in activities that damage the integrity of the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
